Formed as a Catholic village from the early 1800s,this place was also the residence of Fr. Robert, who greatly influenced theearly Korean Church. From here, the faith spread to major cities such as Daeguand Busan. Since 2016, the site has been extensively developed, featuring atraditional-style church, wide courtyards, a café, traditional houses, andmartyr memorial sites.
