◉ Sebyeonggwan stands on the site of the former Tongyeong naval headquarters, where the Servant of God **Felix Peter Kim Gir-yang** and **Blessed Joseph Yun Bong-mun** endured brutal interrogations and torture yet remained steadfast in their faith.

◉ It served as the main command post for naval forces of Gyeongsang, Jeolla, and Chungcheong Provinces.
